I got a story for you guys, this helped me a lot!

With lots of blogging daily i am watching my Macbook and Phone screen a lot, especially at night. That can easily lead to insomnia or sleepless nights because of the sharp light affecting my brain and keeping it awake. My life solution has now been to take a melatonin tablett at night, and the positive thing about melatonin is that we as human produce this is our bodies naturally to get sleepy, but with our lifestyles in this generation it can be hard for some people (like myself) to go to sleep with all tech distractions that is taking our sleep away.Melatonin Vital is a life savor, and i recommend this product 100% for everyone that is in need for sleep :-)
